How do I calculate how many tiles I need for my project?
Measure the total square footage of your area and add a 10-15% buffer for cuts, waste, and future repairs. You can use our on-site calculator for an instant estimate.
Do you offer samples before I commit to a full order?
Yes, we highly recommend ordering samples. You can purchase individual sample pieces for most of our collections to see the texture and color in your own space before placing a bulk order.
What are your shipping rates and delivery times?
Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days, with delivery typically taking 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Can I return unused tiles if I have leftovers?
We accept returns on full, unopened boxes within 30 days of delivery. Please note that a restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
What should I do if my tiles arrive damaged?
While we pack our products securely, breakage can occur during transit. Please inspect your delivery immediately and report any damage with photos to our support team within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
