Returns & Exchanges

At Tilemall, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your tiles aren't the perfect fit for your project, you can return unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original packaging, unopened, and were purchased within the last 30 days.

• 2.
  Submit a Request

  Contact our customer service team with your order number and photos of the tiles to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your tiles on a pallet or in reinforced boxes to prevent breakage and ship them back to our central warehouse using a tracked carrier.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned stock, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
